I’m Dr. Serghei Burcovschii, or simply Dr. B. I’m a board-certified physician in Sleep Medicine and Internal Medicine, passionate about helping people reclaim their energy, focus, and health through better sleep.

Medicine runs deep in my family—my mother a cardiologist, my grandmother a pulmonologist—and from a young age I would always hear “сон это лекарство” (“sleep is medicine”). Those words became the foundation of my life’s work.

After years of training and practice, I saw firsthand how profoundly sleep shapes every aspect of health—from mental clarity and mood to blood pressure and metabolism. That experience inspired my mission to make sleep a cornerstone of preventive medicine.

Through my work, I aim to empower both individuals and healthcare professionals to prioritize restorative sleep as a key to better living. Because when we sleep better, we live better.
